Subscription Service
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription to The Cafe Collective, a cafe subscription service, registered in the United Kingdom under company number [16077600] and with registered office at [5 The Rosery, Gosport, England PO12 2DD].
By subscribing to The Cafe Collective, you agree to comply with these Terms and any policies referred to within. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not proceed with your subscription.
2. Subscription Service
The Cafe Collective provides subscribers with monthly access to selected cafe products and services at partner locations across the UK. Specific benefits, such as daily coffee or snack entitlements, may vary according to the subscription tier selected and the venue.
Subscriptions are personal although they can be transferable, where one person is buying a subscription for another person.
Subscribers must present a valid subscription pass at participating locations to redeem benefits.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Subscription Fees
The monthly subscription fee is payable in advance and will be billed on the date you initially subscribed or on a designated billing cycle thereafter.
3.2 Billing Information
Subscribers must provide accurate and complete billing information. Payment information provided by you must be valid and up-to-date. In the event of unsuccessful billing, we may suspend or terminate your subscription until payment is received.
3.3 Changes to Subscription Fees
The Cafe Collective reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any fee changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with the new fee, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
4. Cancellation and Termination

4.3 Cooling-Off Period
